The market is varied: from January to September 2026, 120 single-family homes, 39 condos and 26 income properties sold here. The village core includes mansard-roofed houses and Boomtown-style buildings. Income properties play a larger role here than in neighbouring areas.
02 A village core
The name Loretteville was adopted in 1913, and the city remained independent until the 2002 merger. Rue Racine is its main street. Close by, Kabir Kouba Falls, 28 metres high, flows through a canyon lined with lookouts and trails, on the edge of Wendake.
03 Services and schools
The Chrystine-Brouillet library is on Rue Racine. École secondaire Roger-Comtois serves the area's students. The Rivière-Saint-Charles linear park crosses the neighbourhood and offers a long walking route along the river.
04 Getting around
Métrobus 804 serves Loretteville; since August 2025, it has run along Boulevard Saint-Claude rather than Rue Racine. RTC routes 72 and 84 complete the service. The tramway route does not reach the area.
