Our areas: where do we work?
The Gagné & Rheault Team closely follows eight areas of the Québec City region: Saint-Émile, Atrium, Des Châtels, Loretteville, Old Québec, L'Ancienne-Lorette, Charlesbourg Est, and Duberger and Les Saules. Each page presents the area's sales figures, drawn from Centris® Statistics, and what defines it.
Saint-Émile
A former village turned residential neighbourhood in the north of the city: single-family homes around Avenue Lapierre.
Atrium
Southern Charlesbourg, around 1re Avenue: condos, income properties and the future tramway terminus.
Des Châtels
The Neufchâtel of Boulevard de l'Ormière: single-family homes beside Parc Chauveau.
Loretteville
A village core around Rue Racine and Kabir Kouba Falls, next to Wendake.
Old Québec
A World Heritage site: condos in historic buildings, in the heart of the city.
L'Ancienne-Lorette
A separate city within the Québec City agglomeration, where single-family homes sell quickly.
Charlesbourg Est
Bourg-Royal: condos and fairly recent homes, near Montagne-des-Roches.
Duberger and Les Saules
A central neighbourhood framed by four highways, with the Les Saules terminus and its two Métrobus lines.
