The Gagné & Rheault Team brings together two residential real estate brokers in Québec City, Étienne Rheault and Jean-Philippe Gagné, with the RE/MAX 1er Choix agency. We work with sellers and buyers in the Québec City region, with one way of working: listen, explain, then act with rigour at every step.

Since 2023, I have been helping my clients carry out their plans with rigour, transparency and an approach suited to their goals.
Jean-Philippe Gagné
Residential real estate brokerOACIQ licence G6373A residential real estate broker since 2015, I work with first-time buyers as well as people going through a major transition, with a human, smooth and collaborative approach. I use modern tools to offer efficient, transparent service.
